Janadas Devan

Janadas Devan is director of the Institute of Policy Studies in the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.

Mr. Devan was educated at the National University of Singapore and Cornell University. He has taught at various institutions in the United States and Singapore before joining The Straits Times in 1997, where he was a leader writer, a columnist on public policy and language, and more recently editor of the opinion pages.
