Alex Barker is an independent writer, speaker and facilitator.

Her debut book, How to: Be More Pirate, written with Sam Conniff, will be published in September 2020.

Their work focuses on organizational culture change and innovation in business. She has worked with a wide range of clients from Edinburgh Business School, Macmillan, UCL, the American Chamber of Commerce to Google.

Previously, Alex worked at the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) in London, focusing on communications strategy.

She graduated from King’s College London with masters degree in International Relations.
